    We offer free delivery and next day delivery!

    Free delivery on all orders over £250 (ex VAT) and lots of items below this amount, too!

    For any orders that do not qualify for free delivery, we charge a one-off low cost £7.95 delivery charge, and all deliveries are next day if ordered before 4Pm

    Delivery prices above are for UK Mainland only. Please note that we can deliver outside of the UK, if you are happy with cost of delivery.

    Please note that our couriers do not include Northern Ireland as part of UK Mainland, so please contact us for a quote for delivery.

    Audio Visual Design Group Warranty Information

    Warranties vary between different products. By law, your warranty covers you for 12 months on any product that you purchase on a return to base basis, provided the product in question has not been misused or mishandled in any way.

    In addition, manufacturers of the products often offer additional warranties, which override the standard return to base warranty.

    In general, such warranties fall under the following categories:

    Return to Manufacturer – This allows you to return any faulty product to the manufacturer direct. Very often, this expedites the repair as it bypasses the process of the product having to be returned to us and by us to the manufacturer.
    On Site Maintenance – This type of warranty means that the manufacturer will arrange for an engineer to come to your premises and carry out any repairs.
    On Site Swapout – This type of warranty means that the manufacturer will swap your faulty product for a working product that is of a similar age and condition.
    On Site Loan Swapout – This warranty means that the manufacturer will arrange for your faulty unit to be returned to them for repair, and in the meantime, will temporarily loan you a replacement product to use until your own product is repaired and returned to you.

    Specific Warranties

    Projectors

    For all new projectors, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the projector. All new projectors we sell come with at least one year’s warranty, as standard. If you’re buying an ex-demo or ex-hire projector the warranty will vary according to how old the projector is.

    Most warranties relate to the product (the “hardware”), and its electronics. Digital projector lamps come with a 3 month return to manufacturer warranty as standard.

    However, for educational establishments, some projector models now come with extended lamp warranties and/or a de-install/re-install service. Please see product detail or call for details.

    Smart Boards

    All SMART Board 600 Series interactive whiteboards are supplied as standard with a three year return-to-base warranty cover. This cover can be extended upon product registration, as follows:

    Education sales: Front projection SMART Board 600 Series interactive whiteboards can be upgraded to a three year on-site warranty, with a further two years return-to-base warranty following registration at www.activatemywarranty.co.uk within 90 days of purchase. This will extend the warranty cover to five years in total.
    Non-Education sales: Front projection SMART Board 600 Series interactive whiteboards are supplied with a three year return-to-base warranty. A further two years return-to-base warranty can be obtained by registering at www.smarttech.com/support within 90 days of purchase. This will extend the warranty cover to five years in total.

    Cisco and HP qualifies for manufactures warranty and if you are interested in extending the warranty contact us and we can provide you with Cisco smart net contract.
